Cairdeas members step out

Cairdeas Clubhouse is a HSE Mental Health service based in Bray. The clubhouse is currently open on a limited appointment basis, but there are also meetings with small groups or individuals in their community and outreach both by phone and online.

From 14-18 October, members and staff are taking the 5-week HSE Steps to Health Challenge as part of their Healthy Ireland programme. Members are walking themselves or in small groups of friends and sending in their total steps for the week, with the most improved walker getting Star Walker and badge posted to them to wear proudly to impress passersby.

Good luck guys!
