Housing grants & entitlements
Mobility Aids Grants Scheme
Grants for works to address mobility problems in the home – such as installing grab-rails, level access shower, access ramps or stair-lift.
Housing Adaptation Grant for People With a Disability
For more extensive works, or if you do not qualify under the means test for the Mobility Aids Grants Scheme.
VAT refund on aids and appliances
You can also apply for a VAT refund on certain aids and appliances.
Bray Area Partnership Warmer Homes scheme
Free energy efficiency works for home owners on a low income or in receipt of benefits who meet certain criteria.
Bray Area Partnership CARA small jobs service
Free odd jobs service for older people and people with a disability living in the Bray and North Wicklow area.
