Friday 24th September 2021 is Make Way Day.
Make Way Day is a public awareness event from the Disability Federation of Ireland to highlight the needs of people with disabilities in the public spaces we all share.
“Hey, this blocks my way!” is the message. So, on Friday 24th September obstacles that block the way are highlighted.
You can support the day by using the Make Way Day Tool to say what is blocking your way in your area – whether it is parked cars on pavements or bins or sandwich boards – or posting photos on social media with #MakeWayDay21…
