Information on accessible and inclusive sports and fitness programmes and events across Co. Wicklow.
Offer free CARA Disability Inclusion workshops and training for sports and fitness clubs.
Their aim is that people with disabilities have equal opportunity and choice to be physically active.
Deliver a wide range of inclusive training and education workshops across the Sport, Fitness, Adventure and Education sectors.
Programmes: Active Healthy Me, Xcessible, Xcessible Toolkit.
National organisation that works to increase sport and physical activity opportunities for people with disabilities. Website has information and fitness resources, templates and fact sheets to help fitness facilities and clubs improve their accessibility for people with disabilities.
In November 2022 they launched this Xcessible Club Toolkit to support clubs to create a fully inclusive club for people with disabilities. .
