#MindYourSelfie Day is an annual social media campaign from Walk in my Shoes aiming to encourage conversations and awareness around mental health.
On 27 May, they’re inviting you to join them on social media to talk about who, what and where have helped you to mind your mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
They’ve also invited a range of young people’s organisations to come together in a live event at 11am on the day to explore some key learnings from the last year and point to the tools you can use to #MindYourSelfie and readjust to life after lockdown in the weeks and months ahead.
