Therapeutic riding at Festina Lente helps children with special needs increase physical skills, social skills and communication skills.

Based in Greystones, Music Together provides opportunities for people with special needs and physical disabilities, alongside non-disabled participants, to develop skills and ambitions in music and related performing arts.

Workshops

Music Together regularly facilitates workshops. These are designed to be accessible for people with a disability, and to bring out the performer in everyone. The workshops usually take place over several days or a number of weekly sessions and always end in a performance. The students play their own newly composed tunes embracing a rich variety of personal influences.

The workshops are led by qualified professional tutors with a wide experience of public performance plus experience of working with people with physical disabilities. The performances are designed to attain the highest possible standard with the support of the tutors.
