Free Legal Advice Centre

The Legal Aid Board is an independent, publicly funded organisation. It gives legal advice and legal aid. To get the services you must satisfy the Board’s financial eligibility requirements. You must also satisfy the Board that your case has merit.

Free Legal Advice Centre (FLAC) is an independent human rights organisation. FLAC gives advice and information and basic, free legal services to those who cannot afford fees. It also campaigns on legal issues.

FLAC currently works on four main areas: Legal Aid, Social Welfare, Credit & Debt and Public Interest Law. FLAC provides advice locally through the Citizens Information Centres (CIC) in Bray, Wicklow and Arklow by appointment only.
