Equality Tribunal

The Equality Tribunal looks into claims of discrimination under the equality legislation. A Tribunal mediator can help you to reach agreement on a discrimination issue. Alternatively, a Tribunal Equality Officer will listen to evidence from both sides of the argument. They will then give a legally binding decision on the basis of what they have heard.
